This is a special section for my guinea pigs who are helping me with my new blogging book. If you are interested, then sign up from the sidebar, and you will receive emails asking for your responses to the various elements of my book as I write it.
This group is very free and easy, so if you decide you don’t want to be a guinea pig any more, just unsubscribe from your latest email from us, or contact me and I will take you off the mailing list.
But I do hope you will continue to join in and contribute towards creating a book specially written for blogging newbies and technophobes so more people can starting blogging and enjoy the benefits this activity brings!
Necessary conditions to note
As guinea pigs I will be inviting you to comment and provide feedback on various elements of my book. This will result in a variety of material, from which I will select the most relevant information.
First, please do not expect to always see your contributions taken up. No contributions are better than others, they are all deemed as equal and helpful in their own way.
Second, all contributions deemed valuable will ultimately be rewritten by me to fit the style of my book. Verbatim quotes will not be included. By continuing to act as a guinea pig, you are agreeing that you will have no claim to copyright or moral rights in any of the material used in my book or elsewhere.
Third, all guinea pigs’ identities will be preserved as anonymous when I blog about your ideas, but you will be properly and collectively acknowledged in the book when it is published.
Fourth, contributions should be emailed to me directly, or written as a comment at the bottom of my posts in my blogsite if you want them to be public.
Fifth, any guinea pig, in his or her own capacity, is invited to contribute a guest post to my blog, and your guinea pig status can be kept secret accordingly, unless you state otherwise. I continue to preserve the right to decide whether to publish contributions or not, and to edit them as I see fit.
Finally, please note Fairy Blog Mother™ and the fairy logo are my trade marks, and the copyright of all content of the blog, book and other text or images resides with myself as author. Neither the trade marks not the copyright protected work may be reproduced without my express written permission.
I hope you understand and appreciate these conditions. By continuing as a member of this group you will have stated your approval and acceptance, and must email me to confirm; any guinea pig who does not will have to unsubscribe.
With best wishes, Alice
