This week has been quite stressful. I have desperately been trying to finish off a particular blogsite, only to find out that what I was trying to achieve was impossible. Great!
Even the Fairy Blog Mother should admit defeat where necessary. To be honest with you, I’m more of a designer than a developer. It’s important to know your limitations, and battling with certain bits of code is not my forté.
I am so glad I don’t have to undertake these challenges any more. I have returned to the world of freelancing, which means I can now concentrate on what I like best – helping people to understand and create blogs.
And with my new found freedom I shall be writing my head off: blog competitions, blog carnivals, blog posts, blog books – my fingers will once again be caressing the keyboard from which they have so long been estranged!
So if you’re struggling with something, stop and seek advice. I did, and now somebody else is grappling with my problem. If you’re troubled with your blog, ask the Fairy Blog Mother for the answer – she is only too happy to oblige.
And if the solutions are worth sharing, then there will be more helpful blog posts for everybody to read – after all, this blogsite is meant to be a resource, so let’s make sure it has plenty to say to maintain its reputation!

I’ve just got time to add a quick post because I wanted to share with you this comment I got from someone I have been communicating with via LinkedIn to help them with their blog:
Now can you provide a comment that sums up your objectives for having a blog? I know some of you won’t be blogging for a purpose, solely for the pure pleasure of it, but ideally it is wise to have something to focus on when you are writing your blogs, even only to give your posts structure.
My focus is to help beginner bloggers create, start up, survive and succeed with their blogs. Every time I manage this I feel I have achieved a job well done. Certainly Connie is on the right track – long may it continue.
